We are a technical service provider of Andaria Financial Services
Limited (“Andaria”) and Andaria Financial Services UK Limited
(“Andaria”).
Andaria Financial Services UK Limited (Company number 12840774) is
authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) to carry on
electronic money activities under the Electronic Money Regulations
2011. Andaria’s registered Office is at Registered office:

Andaria Financial Services Limited holds a Financial Institution
Licence issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide
electronic money and payment services in terms of its licence issued
pursuant to the Financial Institutions Act, Chap. 376 of the Laws of
Malta. Andaria’s registered office is at Phoenix Business Centre, Old
Railway Track, Santa Venera, SVR 9022, Malta.

3. Account Information, Verification and Access
As part of our commitment to Anti-money Laundering and Combating
Terrorist-Financing (“AML/CTF”) and wider financial crime prevention
measures, we require end users (“Paystro customers”) to provide
necessary information through our Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) and
Know Your Customer (“KYC”) forms. The completion of the verification
process and submission of your CDD/KYC information are essential for
accessing our Service.
The information required may include
but is not limited to your full name, current home address, telephone
number, email address, date of birth, tax identification number
(“TIN”), valid identification card number and bank account information
(such as the name of your bank, account type, sort code number and
account number).
We use your data in line with these Terms
and our Privacy Policy which includes the potential consequences of
third parties using your data.
The personal information we
have collected from you will be shared with fraud prevention agencies
who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify
your identity. If fraud is detected, you could be refused certain

In certain circumstances, we
may need to request additional information about you or your business,
provide records to our technical service partner, Andaria, or to regulatory

forms part of what is known as enhanced due diligence (“EDD”).

reserve the right to charge for EDD services and we will inform you
accordingly. Please note that, during the identity verification and
EDD process, there may be some delays in accessing your account and
conducting transactions. Once the process is completed, your account
will function smoothly.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to
these Terms, you may not use the Service.
